The celeriac mash looks really good. Can you find it in a grocery store or do you have to go to a farmers market?
Unfortunately I’ve never seen it in grocery stores in the area. Maybe a specialty or health store, but I think the farmer’s markets are the best bet.
Do you have any good recipes with oat bran or oatmeal? I have high cholesterol and they say that oatmeal every day helps reverse LDLs. I can’t seem to find any recipes that are not loaded with syrup or sugar for breakfast.
Sure, I eat oats all the time. One of my most prized possessions is my granola recipe, which unlike most store bought granolas is relatively low in sugar and made with no oil! It’s like a blank crunchy slate that is perfect on top of yogurt drizzled with honey. I’ll get it up as soon as I can!
